The Epoetic app.
One place for a team to run its AI agents. They all read from the same knowledge base, you decide who can see what, and every agent session leaves a record. We built it to run our own agents, and we’re now extending it for teams.
Problem
Everyone is running agents. Nobody can see all of it.
Most teams adopted agents one laptop at a time. Each person has their own tools, their own subscription, and whatever context they happened to paste in. When something goes wrong, nobody can say which agent read the client folder, what it changed, or which version of the runbook it was working from.
What it does
One control surface.
AvailableRun Claude Code, Codex, Cursor, Grok Build and OpenCode from the desktop app, a browser, or a phone. It uses the subscriptions your team already holds, so there is no second model bill.
A shared knowledge base.
AvailablePoint every agent at the same vault of runbooks, decisions and policies. Agents search it before they answer, and it is read-only, so nothing gets rewritten by accident.
Access levels.
In developmentDecide which people, and which of their agents, can read which parts of the knowledge base. Client material stays with the people working for that client.
An audit trail.
In developmentA record of every agent session: who started it, which model ran, what it read, what it changed, and what it cost. Ready for code review, for the monthly bill, and for the day a client asks.
Who it’s for
Development teams first. Any team that works from what it knows.
Development teams are the obvious fit. The same setup works for operations, research, consulting and legal teams: any group with a body of knowledge worth protecting and work worth checking. For these teams the question is no longer whether to use agents. It is whether they can show what the agents did.
Approach
The same rule applies to agents.
We don’t ship what we can’t measure, and that includes agents. The app keeps the rule-bound work with the agents and the judgment with people, and it keeps the evidence of which was which.
Early access
We’re opening it to a small number of teams first.
Tell us how many people would use it, which agents they run today, and what you would need to see in an audit. We reply within one working day.
